Janice

Janice is a doctoral candidate in the Counseling Psychology program at the University of Oregon. She earned her master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oregon and her bachelor's degree in Psychology and Asian Studies from Mount Holyoke College. She has a deep passion for supporting children, adolescents, and families through compassionate, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care. She is dedicated to helping children and their caregivers navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and life transitions while building resilience and stronger family connections. Her clinical work spans community mental health, hospital, school, and outpatient settings, where she integrates family-centered therapy from a holistic, strengths-based approach. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting the beach, practicing yoga, hiking, and traveling.
