Fees and Insurance

~Our Washington based location is now credentialed with PacificSource, Aetna, Regence BCBS, and Cigna. Reach out for more information~

If you do not have one of the insurances we are credentialed with we would be happy to provide you with a superbill. This will include the description of services provided, procedure codes, service dates and diagnosis that you can submit to your insurance and may be able to receive a reimbursement, if you have a PPO. Health insurance coverage and limits can be confusing, please call and we can discuss it further.  Feel free to reach out if you’d like more information about common insurance billing codes.

We understand that the cost of a psychological or psycho-educational evaluation may feel overwhelming as it is a big investment. During our initial phone consultation we will walk you through the process one step at a time and help you to come up with a tailored and individualized plan that makes the most sense for you, your child, and/or family.

Good Faith Estimate of Services

As of January 1, 2022, the “No Surprises Act” gives you the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of your mental health care costs. Under this law, health care providers need to give clients who either don’t have insurance, or are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for services including therapy, consultations, and comprehensive psychological/psychoeducational evaluation services. We will discuss the fees with you, and you can ask us for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule your first session. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
