Megan Vesterdahl

Megan is a Certified Nutritionist and author. A self-described psychology enthusiast, Megan has spent years researching and testing strategies to discover what truly works to bridge the gap between body and mind. Real, Relatable, and Kind are all words her clients use to describe her. Megan has a bachelors of science degree in Psychology from UC San Diego and a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Northeast College of Health Sciences.

Her experience spans over 6 years supporting clients in healing their relationship with food and body. Megan takes a holistic approach and utilizes her Food Freedom Formula to help clients step off the diet roller coaster and find lasting results that support their unique body’s needs. She currently works with both adolescent and adult clients and has extensive experience in treating clients with eating disorders, autoimmune conditions and disordered eating.

When she is not writing, teaching, or working with clients, Megan loves escaping to the mountains, going for walks, and spending time with her son Wyatt, husband Matt and their two dogs Rosie & Ender.
