Prenatal and Postpartum Support Groups

We are here to support you during pregnancy and after with our maternal and paternal mental health group program.

Through asking questions, making connections and offering a space for sharing personal experiences, we recognize that we are not alone in our struggles, concerns, fears, and joys.

We hold prenatal and postpartum groups every week, because we believe there is a need for a safe space to foster a community designated to talk about the realities of pregnancy, including birth plans, anxieties, postpartum depression, as well as other excitements and challenges. We looks forward to connecting with you soon!

Parenting Neurodiverse Kids

Parenting neurodiverse kids is wonderful. It can also be confusing and overwhelming at times. It may also feel isolating. We have found that connecting with others going through similar experiences can feel relieving and healing. Let’s join together to share our stories, ways to advocate, what works, what doesn’t, learn some new things, and support each other along the way.
